[Resolved] BookMyShow — refund policy of the company | |||
I had booked 5 tickets for the lego ninjago movie at pvr cinemas, lower parel on 07.10.2017 via bookmyshow.com. Booking id - wqbm9l9 By mistake, i inadvertently selected the date 7 october instead of 11 october. Upon confirmation of the same, as soon as i received the email confirmation, i realised my mistake and called bookmyshow as well as pvr cinemas within 5 mins of the booking confirmation. Both flatly refused saying they have no olicy of refund, cancellation or rescheduling. This is a highly unfair, inappropriate and unjust policy. Its a human error, can happen to anyone. Its unjust to flatly refuse any reconciliation. The least the company can do is allow a cancellation or a reschedule with a marginal fee. I request this be taken up seriously. Human errors so occur and there is always a solution possible, if the company is open to it. Was this information helpful? | |||
