I booked a movie ticket on december 14nth 2018 for rs. 170.89 and the ticket was not generated and amount is debited from my account.
So i have contacted their helpdesk and conveyed thus issue to them. They said that the refund transaction is initiated from their side on december 14nth itself. So i have waited for 10 days as per their policy.
After that period also the amount is not credited to my account. And i again enquired about it on 27 december. So they said that the previous transaction was failed and the refund is being initiated manually and said me to wait till january 9th 2019.
So i again waited till january 9th as they said. But now also the amount the not credited to my account.
So that i am giving this complaint and please take care of this issue and do needful Was this information helpful? |
