Sub: regarding non-refund of tickets ref booking id wql9jkm

Sir,
This is to inform you that we booked 5 (Five) tickets vide captioned booking id through bookmyshow app installed in our mobile. Unfortunately, tickets were booked at the wrong location i. E. At gwalior due to malfunction/error in your app, while right location is delhi where we reside and hail from. Please be noted that error in feeding location in app was not manual and not on our part, error is attributed to malfunction in your app. Due to this error, tickets become redundant for us and we could not use the tickets. We communicated this error/malfunction by making a call in your customer care and requested your customer care to cancel the tickets and refund the amount, but the reply from your customer care was little less than perfect. Therefore, we are escalating this issue via mail.

You are giving stereotype reply without looking into my complaint. Below are few points to substantiate my claims, you would appreciate

1. First, Why would I book tickets to Gwalior, while I resides in and hails from Delhi. We feed the “Delhi” Location in App, but due to bug in your App tickets were automatically directed to Gwalior and booked at Gwalior. Also you can confirm with my transaction history for my previous transactions. None of them was booked outside Delhi.

2. Second, I am not new to booking tickets through bookmyshow App. You can check transaction history in my account. I have not disputed any transaction before this. If I am disputing this transaction, then you must appreciate that error/bug is app generated not mine fault

3. Third, I informed beforehand to your team the bug occurred in your App and tickets were booked at wrong location.

4. Fourth, Under “chargeback” policy for online payments I am entitled to refund if dispute on payment is created within 24 hours.

I, therefore, call you upon to pay to me Rs. 1538/- within 1 days failing which I shall be bound to take legal recourse at your risks and costs.

You are the respected online service provider, customer's care would be the first priority, if in this situations your cooperation is not provided then I bound to take help of legal channel.
