Hi,
I had booked a comedy show ticket which was confirmed for 10th dec, 8pm at yuck comedy club indiranagar. I reached the venue and waited for 10mins and venue was closed.
I asked a person on ground floor and was told that the show was cancelled since only 2 tickets were booked (mine).
I wasn't informed about the cancellation until I reached and investigated myself. Terribly embarrassed in front of my friend for planning such a ## thing for a weekend, we struggled to find availability for other events to now look for, ended up ruining a good weekend.
The lack of professionalism is abysmal. No decency to even notify that event is cancelled atleast an hour before. Had to ask around in order to find out. And the audacity that I have to provide review for this event on book my show ( showed as completed) is preposterous.
I demand to be compensated for the event refund, the time and energy my friend and i put in reaching this event and dealing with this, my experience and ruin of my weekend and our cab fares plus the 5 days i have spent with CUSTOMER CARE trying to get a response. Was this information helpful? |
