[Resolved] BookMyShow — theatre and timings changed after payment

I have selected padmavat movie in cinepolis @7.15pm.
Almost till the payment it has showed me the same as i selected.
But after payment it was showing me that tickets got booked in asian gpr kphb.
I was not knowing how would this change has been happened.
How would i get refund or change of theatre be done?
I need to know the alternative for this issue.

We have booked the ticket on their website. We have received ticket message with trsnscation in view minute and then they dont do anything
