[Resolved]  BookMyShow — their rejection to cancel the ticket inspire of 'cancellation available' option mentioned by them

I booked movie tickets on 07/08/2019 for 7 members for the movie kurukshetra at nartaki theatre. While booking the tickets, 'Cancellation Available' option was given by them. Once the booking was done, since I was not comfortable with that time, I agreed to cancel the ticket with 30% cancellation charges. But now they are telling tickets can not be cancelled nor the refund be done . So please look into my issue and do the needful
