BookMyShow — Ticket got booked at wrong time

I have booked two ticket for Spiderman no way home at Sreekaleeswary cinemas kodungallur. It was booked for 12:00PM but the ticket I received was for 12:00AM. There is no show at that specified Theatre at 12:00 AM. I was charged the full amount and I had to cancel it. But cancelling deducted some charges. This was strictly an issue from the book my show app. I had to book two other ticketa on saturday for the same show. I need a complete refund for the cancelled tickets

I tried filing a complaint throught their app. Now it shows status closed. They didn't even replied to the complaint
