BookMyShow — Ticket got cancelled but money went away

Sir i booked ticket for kong skull island for 13 march at s complex for 3.15 show.payment was done but a message popped that there was an issue.ticket did not get booked but money got deducted from my sbi account.what happened that cause such an error? how will i get my money back?for booking again will there be another deduction of money the first transaction will be adjusted. plz confirm sir so that i can take further step.i want my money back please confirm me when wiil i get my money back?
