[Resolved]  BookMyShow — transaction not being done

I am trying to book 2 tickets for the movie 'tashkent files' at movietime: the hub, goregaon, mumbai-western on 2 may 2019. Unfortunately, bms is not accepting payment neither from paytm wallet nor from card. Otp isnt showing up for paytm despite no network problems and in case of card, i am unable to enter the cvv... The app is not reading the cvv. Please help asap.

Hope you are doing well.

We'd request you to use an alternate mode of payment to complete this transaction.

We have also introduced an option where you can book your tickets now and pay later, head to the pay later section on the payment page of our mobile application.
