[Resolved] BookMyShow — wrong ticket booking - bookmyshow flawed website - incorrect book date

Booked ticket for 14th dec 2017 16:45 show for fukrey returns but got confirmation message and mail saying it was booked for 13th dec 16:45 which is ridiculous... The day of booking was 13th dec @16:50 pm and by the time the ticket was booked show already started. I can see several customers having this issue and multiple complaints related to this, something for sure has to be wrong with the website... Bookmyshow should look into this issue, correct its website for any bug and address customers on this issue. They should have a proper mechanism if a customer loses money because of their sub-standard tech. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I had booked 5 tickets on Dec 20 2017 At 8.05pm for velaikkaran movie and it was unsuccessful . It showed an error occured and after 40 mins I again tried to book 8.43pm but again it was failed . Both the times money was debited from my bank account (Rs598+Rs748). I have not received any refund till now.
