I ordered 30 copies of beacon reader series "kitty & rover" to be used for teaching english to under privileged children in delhi. I paid the full amount, but have not recieved any books, or any further communication. This order was placed on the 7th july 2017.

Please refund the amount i paid immediately.

Order placed on 31 July, No update for 10-11 days. Not even shipped yet.
Though I have paid the full MRP(₹180) and ₹60 for the shipping.
The estimated delivery time was told to be 4-5 days only.

Jaipur isn't that far from Delhi
