I purchased three books from bookshop of india online on oct 14, 2017 and still have not received delivery. I am concerned since there is no response to my mail and i tried contacting them on customer care no. And the number does not exists. Appreciate if the matter can be taken seriously and resolved. I have ordered a book (Transaction ID : BOI70945) and Bank Ref #:CCAFD1AIV149
I have sent an email 12th April enquiring the status ~ There is no response.
The contact numbers provided on the Internet are not operational.
Internet is full of complaints about Bookshop of India not delivering books and only collecting full payments in advance.
So I'm sending this reminder after speaking to CCAVENUE Teams ~ An immediate follow-up is expected OR will Have to take Stringent Measures.
