Booktocart — lehenga | |||
I had place death order online from the booktocart website but i have received totally different lehenga choli cloth (Some low quality roadside stuff). When i received the order from weshyp delivery air express, they made me sign the docuent and took the payment first before handing me over the product. The delivery guy made me talk to the concerned person from xpressbee on phone and they denied taking back the parcel and returning are my payment when i checked that it was not what i odred. I am unable to apply for a return from the website as there is no option and the help center and contact details are not provided on he website. Therefore, i request you to guide me through this mess. Please give me return money 919 rs. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered a purplr colour saree material but i recived another material.i dont like that material. so i returend to the saree so refund my cash. my ref number BC10562-1 my mobile no [protected] please reply my order
