Booktocart — not able to return product

I had received a wrong product from the website “www.booktocart.com”
When I went to the website for returning the product, there is no return option. I also tried calling the number given on the bill but the number remained switched off for a long time. I do not know what to do with the product and I’m clueless about how to get the money back too.

Very cheaper.

I want to return it.. But there is no option.. I ordered from fb..
It's a fake company
