Product returning option is not available on the above mentioned online shopping website i. E. Booktocart and if we click on contact on the link given in the web page than contact details does not apear in the web page. There is also no details about the returning policies mentioned in the web site. We are unable to return the product because of the quality not up to the mark. Please help us in resolving the issue and we are waiting for your prompt reply.
