Booktocart — wrong saree cheap product no return link mentioned

Hi frnds..i had ordered sm kurti and they sent some horrible net cloth on which they charged 120/- rs for delivery..nonsense app..plus they don hv any contact number..bad experince..Plz frnds nvr opt for this kind of app..trying to reach on customer care..but unable to..

I had ordered one lehenga from this site. Delivery dates nothing was mentioned about the product(no message, no mail) and today evening it got delivered via blue dart and when i opened it i was surprised to see the hideous cloth(not sure what to call it, neither it looks like a dupata nor a saree) and i tried contacting the number mentioned in the bill but it is not getting connected. I am not sure how to get refund.no where any contact is mentioned about this site.

I m order saree fromba booktocart but I received wrong saree plz replace our saree or refund my amount in my account this is very fraud company i[censored] r replace I complain to police or put a case to u r side

Let us order it once again and.. When the delivery boy will come we should catch him.. So that we will get through what is going on... This is a big scam and we should confront them and handover them to the police
