I have purchased one ddb bearing number 228474 (Distinctive number 171667) and forwarded to mcs share transfer agent ltd, 101, shatdal complex, opp. Bata show room, ashram road, ahmedabad – 380 009. Duly discharged for redemption vide regd letter ivr no:[protected] alongwith all connected documents but i have not been credited redemption amount till today despite lapse of more than 03 months (Copy of all documents enclosed)
It is requested to direct concerned quarter to credit payment in my account
