We purchased a bosch 7 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Wak24268in, silver/grey) from amazon. It was delivered to our home on the 4th of june 2018 with a commitment to install in 48 hours. Today is june 11th and we have not received a single call from the installation team regarding installation. I have called amazon and the bosch agents several times. They are very polite and apologise and promise to put the installation request on priority with the nearest branch. But to no avail.
