[Resolved] Bosch Home India — bosch authorized service centers customer care responses are very worrest | |||||
I trusted bosch and purchased the washing machine, here comes the scary thing that the service and installation provided by bosch authorized serivce center. First the delivery issue by arjay retail jayanagar bangalore their resonse to the customer is irresponsive. To get the machine delivered to home i waited for 15days and no status mail or call from them finally i called them for 10-15times then the process started to delivery. If i didn't call them i would have received it by next year may be, then after gettiing the machine i didn't get the invoice for this i called them 5times.in the first attempt they said i will receive via mail in 2-3minutes i waited for 20minutes but no mail or call so tried calling them multiple times i don't why is giving authorization to such a pathetic people Was this information helpful? | |||||
