[Resolved] Bosch Home India — bosch build in oven demo and installation support unbelievably pathetic for a month now

We have purchased a build in oven from bosch reseller jai nagar branch bangalore. We had raised a customer service demo via bosch call centre thrice and made direct phone calls to the reseller and field engineer not less than 10 times. The field engineer seems to have taken the request too lightly and has not turned up for almost a month now. The oven worth 55000 has not even been switched on ever since we bought it a month back.
