[Resolved] Bosch Home India — bosch fridge freezer | |||
I had purchased a fridge 327 lts from m/s. The legend, new saravana stores, padi, chennai 600050 (India) vide bill no. Pr/2021/58603 dated 19 sep 2020 and got it delivered on 20 sep 2020. On opening the cover, which we did late night, and instructed we allowed 12-15 hours to get cooled. During the day time we found one side of the fridge has dent through out. We have informed the dealer - the legend, new saravana stores, chennai. The bosch customer support man also visited. He had taken the photographs on 21 sep 2020 and have informed his local office here. Though they have assured to exchange the fridge, its taking longer than the dates Was this information helpful? | |||
