I got a Bosch refrigerator in india recently but the alarm gets invoked daily in that machine for which we have manually turn off which is irritating. We are having sleepless days and nights due to this. We have raised customer care service request. They came and this issue but they are unable to resolve. Kindly replace the device or refund the money back. Not happy
What actions you have taken on this? Did you follow up on the issue for closure. No response or ignoring customer request.
IT IS PAINFUL daily when alarm keeps ringing.
This issue is not addressed. NO RESPONSE from customer care. the worst customer service provided if this is kind of support we get i would not even purchased Bosch. I regret for buying this brand.
No respect to customers. NO FOLLOW UPS. If you are unable to support customers, why are you selling the product?
Should customer follow up to closure on the issue? dont you have SLA?
I DON'T need this fridge please take it back and reimburse the amount. I will take action LEGALLY on this as you don't understand my concern and ignoring the issues of the customer.
This has an impact daily at home. we have to turn the alarm manually at midnight, during days, and on vacations we get complaints from neighbors
so we are not peaceful after buying this product.
