Purchased bosch refrigerator on 8th june 2019. I refrigerator came had scratches, immediately booked a complaint. Took 2 to 3 months to replace the door. Door replaced was different, not matching to the fridge supplied. Fridge sealing rubbers were not fitting properly. When raised the point, bosch service personel said that this will be working properly in 24 hrs. Again raised the complaint, as the rubbers are always coming out of door and rubber have to be adjusted before closing the door everytime. Some engineer came after much effort and verified and said that they supplied a different door of some other model. They will correct if possible otherwise will replace the fridge. After 2nd wash got many errors in washing machine i put a complainent on it, techincian came and try to solve the issue but not resolved..They told me that they replace a new one, its bean a month, nobody responding.
