[Resolved] Bosch Home India — Bosch washing machine service and repair | |||||
Our machine was just 3months old and it already got a repair. We called the customer care and registered the service order on 18april but no service agent came until 24th that too after so many calls to customer care. Its very frustrating nd the worst service ever. No one is giving correct information. Customer care guys are telling that we were allotted a agent but finally when we got the agents number after continuous calls for a week, they said tht they didn't receive any complaint regarding our complaint. Finally the agent came at night and checked and said tht sensor was damaged nd need to replace nd will give us a call the next day about the availability. But no call was made till now and they are not even picking up our call. What should we do nd to whom should we complaint? This s the worst service experience ever for us nd very frustrating nd waste of time. Repair just aftr 3months and service not available properly. Never ever going to buy bosch after this.
