Hello sir I am compliant about bosch washing machine service. I purchased washing machine 31 sec 2015. My washing machine is not working from 20 august 2019. I service to customer card. And technician come 21 august. They say estimate expenditure is 12450 rs. Now branch manager say that the expenditure is 15760 rs. Both time come technician. I ask why the expenditure is more than estimate. And not service provided by company yet. They say 8 days to all installation complete. Please check all matter and resolve my problem.
