Dear sir, recently I have purchased bosch washing machine and called customer care. Representative book the demo and said that I need not to pay single pamby but when I got call from engineer he is asking us 800 travelling charges and in case of we won't accept then he said our warranty will be elapsed.This is not acceptable and I need your intervention.
