[Resolved] Bosch Home India — faulty machine purchased 2 months back with multiple issues, not being addressed by the company | |||
We purchase the machine on 4 th may 2019, model wat 2846, sin We have raised multiple complaints on the problems the machine has been giving. Faulty timing : the machine is selected for the program to for 1 hr, when it gets closer to the last 5 mins, the program restarts and continues for another 1 Instances of machine not drying the clothes : the machine continues to have water in the machine even after the program is complete Instance of water coming out from the front door. The customer care executives reply saying that these are common problems with bosch washing machine, the mechanics who visited twice have also mentioned the comments The machine was purchased for my aged parents and the experience is an absolute nightmare! The service level is pathetic and is only adding to the anxiety of my parents. Need immediate resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
