[Resolved] Bosch Home India — no installation or demo even after 10 days of product delivery | |
Bought a bosch front load washing machine from vijay sales, surat. The product was delivered the next day i. E. 21st october, 2019. However, till date, no installation or demo has taken place. I have been calling the customer care no. Of bosch as well as vijay sales. Multiple service requests have been raised and the call is still open as per my last discussion over the phone with the bosch service center in surat. It has been more than 10 days of the product being delivered but not a single call from the customer care no. Of vijay sales or bosch has been received. The installation/demo was scheduled for 23rd, then every alternate day and now no one is ready to respond to my queries/repeated requests. I may be compelled to return the product.
