Bosch Home India — Poor Service (Not installed till) Washing machine

We have Purchase a Washing Model no. WAK24268IN S.no.[protected] by VIVA ELECTRONICS, LAXMI NAGAR DELHI VIDE Sales Invoice no. 2082 Dated 30th June 2021.

This is to inform you that now till today machine not installed by your service department. Three technical person has been come for installation but they were confused to how to installed the machine.

That is very bad for your company reputation. You are requested to please talk to your technical person and resolve the problem or replace the machine with in 12 hours or as soon as possible.

If problem or installation not completed than I have reason to file a petition in consumer court.

We are enclosing here with the above mentioned invoice for you doing the needful.
