Bosch Home India — under warranty product issue not attended | |||
This is regarding extremely poor service by bosch in india especially in jodhpur, rajasthan. I had purchased a 4 burner gas hob in july 2019 and it got installed after 1 month after so many phone calls and requests. Now one of the burners is not working for last 2 weeks. I had lodged complain (No.[protected] at bosch customer care and following it up since then. I have called them up multiple times and they reassure that the issue has been escalated but there has been no communication/ update regarding the resolution of issue. Within 2 months o[censored]se the hob is not working and and the company is not taking any action to resolve the issue. It is not possible everytime to plead and beg to resolve issues.. Such disgusting attitude and respone is not expected from esteemed companies like bosch. Please help me resolve the issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
