Bosch Home India — washing machine - current leakage problem

Dear bosch service team,

Despite of several emails / telephone talks / whatsapp / personal visits, no resolution is provided for the mentioned complaint.

In between we are facing new problem with machine, that is leakage of current in machine, which may cause threat to my or my family member life,

It's is a big risk now. Also there is not significant response from your local office.

Can you please give an attention to my problem and solve it once for all,
