Hi bosch team The experience has been really misleading. There have been around 4 visits since the day of complain and every single engineer is giving different reasons and excuses. I originally complained about door not being locked properly. Engineer diagnosed the door part and shipment with new part was due this week. Some other engineer visits and wants another part to be shipped. When i drop a mail for expected date of delivery, another engineer visits and claims some part is missing!! In between, they want to sell amc for machine, which i decline until machine is fixed. Then, i receive a mail claiming rats as problem and asking for money. Kindly close the issue asap with no more misleading visits and find the engineer who took the missing part!! Was this information helpful? | |||
