Bosch Home India — washing machine-worst experience for the product | |||
This is in reference to the complaint made for my bosch washing machine where I have been constantly calling up and a small part (spring )to close the door of washing machine is not being changed inspite of repeated reminders. (complaint no[protected]/ETD) I have also escalated to the escalation matrix to Akash. All I get is different names with different numbers and nothing happens except all false apologies and no actions being taken. There is a branch manager Sudip Prasad who never called me to redress my complaint. The customer care executive who speak same language have no clue. Earlier in month of January, the drum of machine got damaged which took 20 days to repair in peak winters after multiple calls were made.Even when it came home the technicians came home they didnt know to fit the drum and water leakage was happening. Then we had to call them again. My biggest regret is buying this product and will never recommend anyone to buy bosch products. Neither the product is of good quality and neither the after sale service. Was this information helpful? | |||
