[Resolved] Bosch Home India — worst customer service center in indore | |||
I have never seen such pathetic customer service support from any product company. After registering a complaint you need to follow up for mechanic visit. Mechanic will come and check everything after that no response until you call them again and ask for update. They are least bothered and unprofessional while dealing with customers.in my case i have at least called them (Indore local center) 10 times, have called bosch customer support 9 times but no one is really serious about the problem i am facing.
