I am writing in regards to the substandard and distressing after-sales service, I received from Mr Deep Dutta during my visit to SYSCOMP TELESERVICES (P) LTD.
On[protected], I bought a BOSE HOME SPEAKER 500 worth Rs. 31, 200 (incl taxes). I went to the above mentioned authorised Bose Service Centre today, due to the device stopped working.
Instead of checking into the product and knowing the issue, he is telling me to pay Rs.7, 670 in advance, in which he claims that no matter what the problem is, He will fix it.
My cross-question was, What if the problem wasn't major, it could be the fault in the cable wire or any minor issue could be solved easily, and which may not require spending 7k on it. In addition to this, he misbehaved saying do whatever you wish to and complain to whoever you want you. Is this a way you treat your customer and give after-sale services after selling such hefty products?
I would like you to investigate your product and tell me the diagnostic and the actual price I need to pay in order to fix it or I would like you to refund my money.
