Boult Audio — Bluetooth neckband Replacement issue
Hello I was using bold audio effect charge neck band.After having problem with it I contact with customer care, As they told me I courier it to their address & it's been delivered on 28th of October, 2023.I have attached also Proof of delivery statement & Delhivery shipping invoice.after that I called customer care many times but they again & again saying that we are escalating your concern, please wait for some time.Even when I sent mail to boult support, they replied "we have received your product EQCHARGE (black) in the warehouse instead of FXCharge (Black). Please confirm your product name and share your invoice with us." I've already sent them the photo of my product package before shipping. But they are making me fool. Also I was not able to fill up & submit their Reimbursement form to get the shipping cost. please anyone will help me on that that will be really appreciatable.
