[Resolved] Boult Audio — boult audio probass curve stopped working within 2 months of purchase | |
Hello team, I had purchased boult audio probass curve in the month of june from amazon, and they have stopped working 03 weeks back. I had tried contacting support team, they asked to send the product and invoice to their address. I had sent the product through dtdc and was sent to their address on 10th august itself. Since then i am following up with them, haven’t received any response from them. Please help us here in getting the refund/replacement of the product. Aug 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved There was no communication to customer of the ongoing changes and steps. Today I have received another piece of same earphones from BoultAudio. Not sure if it’s new or old, as of now it is working fine hence resolving the ticket.
