Boult Audio — boult audio q9, battery issue

My headset is not working more than 2 hours even i charged fully,
I am getting low battery alerts when i have 50% ob battery and getting switched off immediately.
Worst battery backup ever, my head set id is: rohs79c,
One month back i purchased and still 5 mounts worriment i have, getting this issue form starting onward, many ways i tried to contact cc team but there is no use
