Description- Sir I have made a complaint that my boult audio is giving battery and connection issues, so I have raised the complaint and registered the complaint then I have a mail from boult audio saying that send the product to the given address. So, I did has it was instructed in the mail. Then I have made a delivery to boult audio at given address. Now it had been many months since I haven't received any update. Now I can't tolerate any more I need my product back or give me my refund at least I will purchase a new one.
Complaint: - See I have sent my EarPods to the given address in my mail sent by boult audio. I have made a complaint stating that "I have a connection and battery issues" I have delivered it a long ago, till date I haven't received any updates. And more over I haven't received my product also. Why it's taking such a long time to repair I even have the warranty on it. I request the boult audio to send my product as soon as possible. Or else give my money back at least I will purchase a new one
