Boult Audio — low quality product | |||
I had purchased boult audio wireless space gray.in two months product malfunctioned so i had to send defective piece at my cost at delhi office. And then sent me new product after more than 1 week. Again product malfunctioned in 2 months and again in 1 month and last replacement that i received was used and rugged. So they lowest quality product and customer service is at lowest and they dont care like you have to open their mouth to get reply after i told them that i will file complain with consumer court. I had Brought Boult Audio ProBass Curve Neckband in-Ear Wireless Earphones buy on 14 th Aug 2019 from Amazon, Earphones are not having noise cancellation system, opposite caller is irritating during call I want to claim this, it is under warrenty.
