Boult Audio — my boult audio curve wireless neckband magnetic earphone with mic-red is not working within 2 months

It is not working properly within 2months but it is not broken and it is not even getting on and i tried to return to amazon but i can't return so atleast i want to repair this item and get back so i kindly request you to repair it and give back and it is urgent and my work is depend on that so i kindly request you to service my boult audio as soon as possible and i have an one year warranty card

I want to service my boult audio curve and I have an one year warranty card and it is not working in two months

My ear phone is not taking call .I bought it in June 2019 and it is still under warranty period. When I connect my bluetooth with my phone and take call .I can't hear anything in my bluetooth headphones.
