It is not working properly within 2months but it is not broken and it is not even getting on and i tried to return to amazon but i can't return so atleast i want to repair this item and get back so i kindly request you to repair it and give back and it is urgent and my work is depend on that so i kindly request you to service my boult audio as soon as possible and i have an one year warranty card Was this information helpful? | |||

My ear phone is not taking call .I bought it in June 2019 and it is still under warranty period. When I connect my bluetooth with my phone and take call .I can't hear anything in my bluetooth headphones.
