[Resolved]  Boult Audio — No Response from Boult Audio about my product

It has been 10 days but still no response from the boult audio about my product (Boult Audio Airbass Freepods) which I had send through the reverse pickup arranged by boult audio. Pickup courier has already send the product successfully to boult audio in 1 july(for reference i attach the email came from pickup courier) but till now no response has came from boult Audio about my product.
This whole process is to claim my warranty.

Finally today Boult audio has replied and they will dispatch my product within 3-4 working days.
Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I sent my product to boult under warranty but today almost 25 days go I did not get any response
