Boult — boult curve probass

Hey i had purchased boult wireless earphone but after using it for 2 months i started experiencing low sound and bluetooth automatically get disconnected/or pause the current song while playing in background.
Also recently i had experienced that my headphone is not connecting my device even headphone is working absolutely fine and lights are blinking and ai responding whether it is turned on or off.
My device is not damaged at all from any where also its all parts are intact and without any single scratch.
If possible i am looking for exchange if repair is not possible.

My headphone in not working since 12/01/2020.
I had purchased the same on 03/09/2019.

I have purchase Boult Audio Bass Buds Storm Wired Headset with Mic dated 20/09/2019, but at present earphone not working. Please resolve this issue ASAP. My Earphone bill no is OD[protected] thru Flipkart.
This earphone Warranty 1 year.

I used boult audio Q9 since from October but now i faced some problem, power key not working also colsed automatically. I was but from Amazon on 3rd oct by saller - Appario Retail Private Ltd. Order number[protected] pls solve asap.
