Hii boult team, i have purchased boult tastebuds xi in earphones at amazon and my right headset stopped working i have warranty and bill with me. I want to have it replaced and refund my money back. When i spoke to amazon customer service agents they've told to contact your team since the product is under warranty i need a response on this as soon as possible. The bluetooth earphone not charging properly and not switch on.I was buying it on 01.09.2019. Its only one month.its showing problem after buing of 5 days.so please replace this product.
