Boult — left side of my boult muse earphone has stopped working! | |||||
So my earphone's (Boult probass muse) lest side stopped working! No audio is coming out from that side! I filed a complaint against same on there website but till now the ticket has not been processed and also the costumer care had not reverted back through any medium! The product is still in the warranty period! I bought it through amazon! Also now they are not showing the same product on amazon!! I just want my earphone to get replaced! I brought the new boult earphone only before 6 months but its already not working and the right bud is not audible..its not even halfmark in the warranty period..its still in the warranty period..so may i get it replaced as soon as possible..
