Boult — one side earphone not working

I have bought "boult audio probass curve neckband wireless bluetooth in-ear earphones with mic (Black) from amazon on 06.05.2019. Left ear of the headphone is not working properly. It is still in it's warranty period. I want my headphone to be repaired or replaced immediately.
