BPL — bpl 43 inches t.v.wall mount parts missing. | |||||
I bought bpl t. V. On amazon on 31/7/17 (Order no.[protected] invoise no. Smab-3827, but not received with full instalation items, missing wall mount channels and still nobody came to instalation from bpl, several times i contact bpl custmer care n amazon. i complaint on missing of wall mount channel on 25/8/17 till today nobody take action, that part not in market i am suffering that issue but bpl company can't responding, what is the solution of my problem, this is too worst of respecting customer, from 2/8/17 to till to date my T.V.is in box, they didn't came to instalation.
