My niece presented me with a microwave Owen on 19 th Aug 18, Which is not working I am contacting BPL Ltd on daily basis telephonic ally and through various mails. This CHEAT company is not doing anything since they are KNOWINGLY SELLING THE REFURBISHED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS in conspiracy with AMAZON India.This Online seller is VERY SPECIFICALLY promoting this defective product . I am an old man of 63 years and feeling really depressed by this cheating done with my niece and urgently require refund so that i can purchase a good quality product from some honest company.
