Bpl - led 40' - 2015 model
For the past 2 months i am getting black vertical line in the tv screen, and the service engineer confirmed it is panel problem, and need to change it. While opening the tv we came to know the panel is made in china. How bpl can cheat the consumers by using china product? And now they are asking for rs. 15, 000/- around for replacing the panel which is currently not available with them. I bought the tv for inr. 27, 000/- highly disappointed with bpl for asking half of the price for panel replacement. Was this information helpful? |
