BPL — Very poor and pathetic response form bpl care

Dear sir,
I request you that please order to bpl care for sending the part of bpl vivid led tv
I sent a complaint to bpl care on August 17, 2020. and bpl technician visited to my home but Lack of part did not fix LED tv
So technician order part from bpl customer care but part has not been received from BPL care yet
I have already 2 year extended warranty.
I request you to order BPL Care to get my TV fixed at the earliest.
